Established in 1975, Camp Daisy and Harry Stein is a Jewish overnight summer camp where campers discover more about themselves, their abilities, & their Judaism. Owned and operated by Congregation Beth Israel in Scottsdale, Camp Stein’s mission is to encourage meaningful lifelong relationships while fostering a safe, inclusive, welcoming environment.
Camp Stein welcomes groups of all backgrounds and affiliations to stay and enjoy its beautiful grounds and facilities. It is a treasure trove of activity courses, hiking trails, and outdoor-centered gathering spaces.

Camp Stein’s quaint cabins make for the perfect retreat setting. Many cabins feature dormitory-style sleeping arrangements. There are also limited individual family and adult housing options available with queen-sized beds and private restrooms.

No matter if you’re a family or a large group, Camp Stein has no end of places to gather. You’ll find covered ramadas and programming rooms for escaping the summer sun, an outdoor stage for performances, and more. Camp’s most popular meeting spaces include the chapel/amphitheatre (seats 200), the rustic campfire pit, the tennis court, the gym and the field.

Chadar Ohel, the Camp Stein dining hall, seats up to 250 people at a time. It is furnished with a full sound system and can be transformed into a large programming room. There are also a variety of outdoor areas fit for scenic al fresco dining.
Camp Stein is a peaceful woodland retreat for groups large and small. Hidden in the pine forests of the Sierra Prieta Mountains Southwest of downtown Prescott, its 60-acre property is just minutes from one of the area’s best sunset-viewing locations.
