Dining & Food Services

Our Dining Hall

The Dining Lodge is the heart of camp. Its rustic timber columns, fireplace, and historical knick knacks create a comfortable setting for enjoying meals together. Whether you’ve just arrived for your time at camp, or are hungry after a day of activities, The importance of a delicious meal can not be understated.

Our chefs have a well-deserved reputation of serving high quality, fresh, and nutritious meals to all of our guests. They love being creative with their work, so be sure to ask about our custom menu options for your group! We are proud of our two dining locations and our ability to accommodate both large and small groups. Our Dining Lodge is a nut-free facility and our chefs are able to offer alternatives for those with food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Please note that our menu varies from group to group and the below selections are just an example of what might be served.

Allergies

In our camp kitchen, our chefs prepare food with the highest standard of food safety for which we have earned the Golden Plate Award from the Yavapai County Health Department. The Golden Plate Award is a welcomed recognition of our food safety excellence. To earn the award, the following criteria must be met:

  • Operate throughout the entire calendar year without a cited food handling violation.

  • Have an approved and implemented food safety plan.

  • Have a person in charge with an accepted and current manager-level food safety certificate throughout the year.

Allergies we accommodate: Gluten, Lactose, Eggs, Nuts, and Soy.

We are happy to accommodate vegetarians and vegans. If anyone in your group has dietary restrictions,  you must let us know prior to arrival so we can provide an appropriate number of servings. If you have any questions about your specific needs while at camp, please get in touch with us. While the allergies listed above are the most common, we are able to make special arrangements for most other allergies as well.
