Frequently Asked Questions

Lodging & Facilities

How many people can Prescott Pines accommodate?

Prescott Pines offers 206 beds across a mix of cabins.

What are the cabins like?

Our cabins have been newly remodeled for a blend of camp nostalgia and modern comfort. Some feature classic bunk-style sleeping, while others offer full-size beds for a lower-density setup. Each cabin comes with an in-unit bathroom and kitchen for added convenience.

Is there air conditioning and heat?

Yes! All cabins have AC and heat to keep you comfortable.

What do I need to bring?

We’ll send a full packing list before your trip, but plan on bringing bedding, towels, toiletries, and clothing for all kinds of weather. At 6,200 feet, temperatures can shift quickly, so layers and sun protection are a must! We provide toilet paper and hand soap, and our cabins are cleaned between groups

Can we have a campfire?

Yes, campfires are typically allowed, but safety policies are in place. If burning restrictions are in effect, we have propane fire pits available so you can still gather around the “flames.”

Do the cabins lock? Where do I store valuables?

Yes, cabins at Prescott Pines do have locks, but we still recommend leaving valuables at home. We also have medicine storage options available in our group leader cabins.

Are there ADA-accessible cabins?

Yes! Some cabins are ADA-accessible, and our team will help identify the best options for your group.

Will I have access to a refrigerator or microwave?

Yes, cabins at Prescott Pines come with fridges and microwaves for guest use.

What meeting rooms and common spaces are available? What do they come with?

Our meeting spaces are set up with tables and chairs, and AV capabilities with microphones, speakers, and projectors are available in the Chapel, Cyprus, and MAC spaces..

Booking & Services

How do I reserve dates for my group?

Contact us to learn more!

Will there be other groups at camp at the same time?

It is possible other guests will be staying in the dorms at the same time as your group (similar to a hotel). That said, each dorm is built in a way where we can designate certain wings of the building to individual bookings to give guests as much privacy as possible.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking 6 months to a year out to lock in your preferred dates. That said, we do accept bookings as close as a month out—as long as there’s space available!

What does pricing look like?

Our pricing depends on your group size, type of event, and the activities you’re interested in. Drop us a line to find out more!

What’s required to secure our dates?

A non-refundable 25% deposit and a signed User Agreement will officially lock in your dates.

Can we come for a tour?

Absolutely! We’d love to show you around—just contact us to schedule a time that works for you.

How does billing work?

You’ll receive a final invoice after your camp stay, and payment is due within 30 days of receiving it

Are arrival and departure times flexible?

It depends on your group and event type. Our booking team will work with you on scheduling during your initial outreach.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Our kitchen team regularly handles dietary restrictions to ensure everyone gets a meal they can enjoy. Be sure to fill out dietary info on the waiver before your trip.

What’s on the menu?

Our rotating camp menu includes crowd-pleasers like burgers, pasta, tacos, and pancakes, plus a salad bar at every lunch and dinner. Menu upgrades are available for an additional fee, and wedding menus are customized during planning.
